7/5/2023 0 Comments Four psychos book![]() ![]() There is sooo much more to this story the four immortals, visits to purgatory, hell, intrigue, her unknown and developing powers, and the secrets yet to be uncovered! The narration was a solid four and can’t wait download next book!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EASILY worth a credit! □□❌⭕️❤️ The four are not too happy she’s been hanging around, and she is quick to learn that maybe being solid isn’t all cracked up to be. ![]() When she does start to “solidify” and translation from apparition to solid form the fun begins. ![]() ![]() Again, for five yrs they don’t know she’s there. Then five yrs ago she meets four sexy as hell men, who she knows are immortal and moves in with them. In Four Psychos, the female protagonist (Kaylie) “awakens” if you will, to an existence where she doesn’t know who/what she is, and only finds the will to exist never visible or tangible to anyone for unknown amount of time. It was original, sexy, and funny as hell! The inner (and outer) dialogue of “kaylie” is so hilarious at times I nearly choked on laughter, no kidding! It reminds me a bit of the gritty girl humor found in author Kresley Cole’s Immortal series with quips about current culture or pop, made by supernatural etc that don’t quite understand it. Wow did I love this book, the four psychos, first in its series. ![]()

7/5/2023 0 Comments Light on Snow by Anita Shreve![]() Items in order will be sent as soon as they arrive in the warehouse. Written from the point of view of thirty-year-old Nicky as she recalls the vivid images of that fateful December, her's is a tale of love and courage, of tragedy and redemption, and of the ways in which the human heart always seeks to heal itself. The events of a December afternoon on which a father and his daughter find an abandoned infant in the snow will forever alter eleven-year-old Nicky Dillon's understanding of the world which she is about to enter and the adults who inhabit it: a father who has taken great pains to remove himself from society in order to put behind him an unthinkable tragedy a young woman who must live with the consequences of the terrible choices she has made and a detective whose cleverness is superseded only by his sense of justice. ![]() The baby was wrapped in a bloody towel, and its lips were blue.' I followed with Faithful Place, immersed myself in Ireland of forty years ago and promptly forgot to get on the waiting list for Woods. By some odd chance, I happened upon a new copy of her second book, The Likeness, in the library just waiting to be checked out, while In the Woods had a wait list of at least 100 people. I started this series out of chronological order, which only increased my appreciation for French.
